we want to show you some video of san francisco police moving in and surrounding this building. they believe one man is held up inside and he is wanted for a robbery involving a medical marijuana facility. what is unclear at this point is exactly when that robbery took place but we do understand that police arrested two other people who were involved in that same crime so two people were taken into custody and one person remains outstanding and police believe that man is inside this building and refusing to give himself up this morning. the s.w.a.t. he team is out here and they are surrounding the building and they are obviously going to do whatever they can to get this person out. we will continue to monitor this person again in the bay view district this morning and a police spokesperson is expected to come out here and we expect to bring it to you later this morning and we are monitoring what is considered a tense standoff, alex savage, ktvu channel 2 morning news. >>> in both cases police say the fire was started by emotionally troubled patients. tara moriarty is at the hosp
